Fall

I'm so happy that September is finally here. I'm so excited for the leaves to change to beautiful hues of red, orange, and yellow, the weather to cool off a bit (pregnancy made me more "hot-natured" than I used to be), and even for football season. I'm almost finished putting out my fall decorations and getting my "fall cleaning" done. I'm praising God for the opportunity to be able to experience the fall season, because I know there are plenty of places where the seasons blend into each other. (If I lived too much farther south than I do, I'd be experiencing different seasons - "almost summer," "summer," "still summer," and "yet more summer.") I'm just trying not to let the fact that I'll be celebrating the first anniversary of my 29th birthday in a couple of months put a damper on this season.

Well, I have a lot to get done today, so I had better get off this blog and get going. I think I'll light a fall-scented Febreeze candle while I work!

P.S. Please continue to pray for my grandfather and for my mother, especially. She is seriously exhausted because she is the only one among her and her 5 siblings who is both home full-time and lives the same state as my grandfather, so much of his care is up to her. My parents are also trying to sell their house, so there is a lot on her shoulders right now. Also please pray that the Lord reveals himself to my unsaved family members, whether it's through me or through someone or something else.

  1. Prayers continued!

We are still at summer temps this week, back up into the 90's, but I continue to see signs of fall comming! I think my flower thing worked for a little while...we had a whole week of cooler temps! Maybe I need to get MORE things out?! lol!

I wish you the best in your tasks for the day and I'll be turning 29 in February. Then I'll be turning 29 again for years to come!
